What is Open Integral? We’re an international, collaborative blog of integral thinkers and practitioners extending integral thought. Most of us have written essays at Integral World and that’s how we got connected.
This site was instantiated following the now classic tit-for-tat online fight, the Wyatt Earp incident, between Ken Wilber(Wyatt Earp) and his reaction to the thoughts of other integral thinkers (many of the writers on this blog). We decided to unite and provide alternative integral perspectives in an interactive format, hence this blog.
Join these ongoing explorative discussions to provide the world with a more inclusive model of what integral thought and practises can be. We hope you enjoy the ride.
Update: Most of the initial contributors have now gone off to do other things and no longer participate in this blog. Now it’s mostly my (Edward Berge) occasional contributions that inhabit this space. And mostly it’s references to discussions on the Gaia Integral Postmetaphysical Spirituality pod, where I now hang out online.
